Pointless
Well hopefully not (damit where's my determination and optimism, somewhere hiding with my will power I expect).
I have, again, started to do this weight watchery thing. Heigh, ho, the excitement.
Its been one whole day of counting points so far. And so far M&S Count On Us has been my friend. Oh that and realising that you can stuff your face full of scallops for almost no points at all! This may not be the cheapest diet ever.
To make up for the scallop extravaganza last night I had a big stir fry and a big of noodles type thing for lunch. This was ok. Tasty even. Isn't it amazing what chili sauce can do. Oh but all that green stuff! I am rocketing towards my 5 portions of fruit and veg today.
So far so good on the food front. The exercise front though? Oh dear. Well I walked up the escalators in Old St tube this morning. That must help. A bit. Won't it. How many bonus points do I get for clutching vigorously at straws?

You should swap "points"of view with Eleanor who has completed two weeks of W.W.and lost 4lbs and 21/2lbs.Am thinking of doing the Atkins which involves foods I like and perhaps the walks will then pay off.
I gather that Atkins makes your breath smell something awful!
